Administration orders fir closure vig markets in Dawar Gurez and Town Sumbal

SRINAGAR  JULY (PTK) Bandipora administration ordered for the closure of markets in Dawar Gurez and Town Sumbal after positive cases were found in the area.

“In view of reported COVID-19 positive cases of service providers located in Dawar Gurez and Town Sumbal and as a precautionary measure for safety and wellbeing of the
general public of the areas, I, Dr. Owais Ahmad, IAS, Chairperson, District Disaster
Management Authority/ Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora, in exercise of powers vested in
me under Section-34 of Disaster Management Act, 2005, do hereby order that all shops/
service providers except Chemist Shops /Essential Supplies shall remain dlosed in Dawar Gurez and Town Sumbal for 48 hours, w.e.f. 16.07.2020,”reads the order issued by district Magistrate Bandipora
