Opposition Criticizes Government Over Article 370 and Statehood for Jammu & Kashmir

However, J&K Assembly Pro-tem Speaker Mubarak Gul responded calmly, assuring the public that these issues would be addressed in due time. “This is an early stage,” he said, “These things happen with due deliberation. This is our agenda. People are looking at us, they have expectations from us…We will do what is good for our State (UT).”

His statement reflects the government’s commitment to addressing the concerns of the people while emphasizing the need for patience and careful consideration.
