Man Allegedly Killed by Cousins in Sopore’s Tarzoo Area

Sopore, Sep 02: In a tragic incident, a 65-year-old man was allegedly killed by his cousins following a scuffle in the Tarzoo area of North Kashmir’s Sopore, according to officials.

An official reported that the altercation escalated into violence, leaving the elderly man, identified as Khazir Mohammad, son of Mohammad Sultan from Drambal Tarzoo, Sopore, with severe injuries. He was rushed to the hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.

The police have launched an investigation into the incident to uncover further details and ascertain the circumstances that led to the fatal scuffle.
