Northern Army Commander Reviews Counter Infiltration Grid in Machhal Sector

In a significant move to assess the effectiveness of the Counter Infiltration Grid, Northern Army Commander Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi, accompanied by China Corps Commander Lt Gen Rajeev Ghei and Vajr Division Commander, recently conducted a comprehensive visit to forward Battalions in the Machhal Sector of the Kashmir valley.

 

During the visit, the Army Commander engaged with the dedicated troops and personnel from Rashtriya Rifles, J&K Police, BSF, and BRO. He took the opportunity to commend them for their unwavering vigilance and compelling contributions to maintaining lasting peace in the region.
