Joint Special Tiranga March & Nukkad Natak on “Aan Baan Shaan of Tiranga” held at APC Zewan
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR, AUGUST 17: The J&K Armed Police 3RD Sec, 9TH and JKAP-12th Security Bn Zewan, organized a joint Special Tiranga March and Nukkad Natak on the theme ‘Aan Baan Shaan of Tiranga’ in connection with celebration of “Har Ghar Jhanda” programme under Civic Action Programme 2022-23 at APC Zewan, here.
In the event, students from various Govt. Schools of Balhama/Zewan areas of the district participated.
The event was inaugurated by Sukhdev Raj, CO JKAP-3rd Sec Bn in presence of Sanjay Singh Rana CO JKAP 12th Security Battalion, participating Staff/School children of Balhama and Zewan areas as well as other guests and officers/officials of JKAP-3rd, 9th and JKAP-12th Security Bns
On the occasion, CO JKAP-3rd Sec Bn highlighted the essence/importance of the National Flag. He also elaborated the Flag Code, Size and meaning of three panels of Tri-Colour.
The CO JKAP 12th Security Battalion also spoke on the occasion and highlighted the history of the National Flag. He elaborated the purpose of Tiranga March and emphasized the importance of good Police Public Relationship and benefits of Civic Action Programme and threw light on the programmes conducted by J&K police under CAP from time to time under the guidance of Police Headquarters J&K.

Tariq Khursheed, DYSP JKAP-12th Security Bn and Nazir Ahmad-DySP JKAP 3rd Bn also spoke on the occasion and thanked Guests, Staff and School children for their participation.
Various students presented cultural programmes/Patriotic songs /National Anthem and in order to boost the morale of the students, gifts along with refreshment have been distributed among all the participants.
The function was attended by Principal Govt. BHS Balhama, Principal Govt. GHS Balhama, Principal Govt. BHS Zewan, Principal Govt. MS Apparpora Balhama and Principal Govt. HSS Boys Khonmoh Srinagar and other staff members of the Schools as well -as officers/officials of JKAP-3rd , 9th , and JKAP-12th Security Battalions.
