Bear enters poultry farm in Kupwara

Press Trust of Kashmir | KUPWARA : A bear entered a poultry shop and devoured several chicken before being locked up inside the shop in Tarathpora Ramhall in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Wednesday.

An official said that bear was spotted in Malik Mohalla, Hajam Mohallah and Kumar Mohallah Tarathpora Ramhall before it entered the poultry shop.

The vbear was roaming in the residential areas and later took shelter in the poultry shop after which it was locked.

Meanwhile a team of wildlife officials have rushed to the spot.(PTK).
