Army Conducts boat race at Waskura Lake

Press trust of Kashmir :A boat race was organised by Army camp Badampura of Indian Army at Waskura Lake with an aim of encouraging the youth and promoting tourism.

An official said that a total of 40 local youth participated in the event. The race was an effort to display and highlight the beauty of the area and to engage the local youth constructively amid the pandemic.

The event was witnessed by a good number of people

On completion of the event participants and the locals expressed their gratitude towards the Army for helping them during the times of the pandemic.(PTK)
