1005 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K, tally moves to 137475, highest in six months, Death toll rises 2029 with six new deaths

Srinagar April 10 (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir today reported 1005 fresh positive cases of COVID and six new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 137475.
These cases include 299 from Jammu division and 706 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.
The details mentioned that Kashmir valley reports one new death, while Jammu division reports five new deaths, taking the death toll to 2029 in Jammu and Kashmir.
Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 492 cases were reported from Srinagar, 93 from Baramulla, 25 from Budgam, 31 from Pulwama, 14 from Kupwara, 32 from Anantnag, while Bandipora 05, Ganderbal 03, Kulgam 08, Shopian 03, Jammu 183, Udhampur 17, Rajouri 02, Doda 02, Kathua 20, Samba 11, Poonch 02, Ramban 04 and Reasi 58
Moreover, they said, 359 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 102 from Jammu division and 257 from Kashmir division. (PTK)
