CRPF officer injured after his rifle went off accidentally in Budgam

Srinagar Feb 12 (PTK) :A CRPF officer was wounded after the service rifle he was fiddling with went off inside the camp in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

Officials said that the incident took place at Nagam Chadura Camp belonging to C-Company 117 Battalion CRPF during the intervening night of February 11 and 12.

They identified him as Assistant Sub Inspector Rajesh Kumar went off.

They said Kumar was shifted to Badami Bagh based Army hospital for treatment and his condition is stable. (PTK)
