Prominent political activists from Khan Saheb, trade unionists join Apni Party

Altaf Bukhari welcomes new entrants into party fold

SRINAGAR, September 26 (PTK)  Various prominent political activists from
Khan Saheb constituency of district Budgam besides many trade
unionists on Saturday joined Apni Party in Lal Chowk Srinagar.

Those who joined the party included Showkat Ahmad Ganaie, Organizer,
ULB,  Panchayat Association J&K, Bashir Ahmad Mir, Sarpanch,
Shamasabad, Khan Saheb, Mushtaq Ahmad Dar Sarpanch, Talapora, Khan
Saheb, Javid Ahmad Ganaie, Dachhan, Khan Saheb, Manzoor Ahmad Ganaie,
from Sukhnag, Khan Saheb and Ghulam Haider Dar, BDC, Soibugh, district
Budgam.

These prominent Panchayat representatives joined the party alongwith
dozens of their workers. Meanwhile, some prominent trade unionists
affiliated with JAKFED  including Shabir Ahmad Raja , Abdul Majeed Mir
and Bashir Ahmad Thakur also joined the Apni Party today.

All these new entrants were welcomed by the Party president Syed
Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir,
general secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir, provincial president Mohammad Ashraf
Mir, district president Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh and other party
leaders Muntazir Mohi-u-Din, Syed Farooq Andrabi, Ghulam Mohammad Mir,
Showkat Gayoor, Irfan Naqeeb, Aijaz Ahmad Rather, Mushtaq Ahmad Ganaie
and Muzaffar Reshi.

“The first and foremost message from the party to our new colleagues
is to reach out to the people and facilitate redressal of their
day-to-day grievances. We are committed to public service and we will
not shy away from our responsibilities safeguarding the socio-economic
and political interests of the people of J&K,” Bukhari observed on
