Two days after attacked bear, elderly man from Tral dies

Srinagar August 16 (PTK) An elderly man who was injured in an attack by a bear in Tral area of Pulwama district two days before dued at Srinagar hospital.

An official said that on Friday a 60 year old man was grazing the cattle in the upper reaches of Tral when the bear attacked him and left him injured seriously.

He was shifted to near by hospital from where he was referred to SMHS Srinagar, where he succumb on Sunday, he said.

He identified the deceased person as Abdul Gani Sheikh son of Abdul Wahab, a resident of Khangund Tral.(PTK)
