Forces diffuse IED found in Pulwama village

SRINAGAR  MAY (28) The improvised explosive device (IED) recovered from a Santro Car in Ayengund area of Rajpora in South kashmir’s Pulwama district was defused by the personnel of the bomb disposal squad on Thursday morning.

An official said that joint team of forces including 44 RR, Police Pulwama and CRPF on seaching a santro car found an IED in it.

He said bomb disposal squad teams were callled to the spot who destroyed it.

Apparently it looked like an IED and was destroyed on the spot, the official said, adding there was no loss of life or property in the incident.(PTK)
