Lok Sabha polls: NC, Congress join hands in J&K

Srinagar, (PTK): National Conference (NC) and Congress are all set to go for an alliance in Jammu and Kashmir ahead of Lok Sabha polls.

Top Sources confirmed News agency Press Trust of Kashmir that Congress president Rahul Gandhi and NC vice-president Omar Abdullah are meeting in New Delhi in coming days and will discuss further progress.

Jammu Kashmir has six Lok Sabha seats, three — Baramulla, Srinagar and Anantnag — in Kashmir, two — Jammu-Poonch and Udhampur-Doda — in Jammu, and one in Ladakh. (PTK)
