DIQC-PWD Department Honors Section Officer at Farewell Ceremony

Jammu, Apr 30(PTK): The Department of Designs, Inspections, and Quality Control (DIQC), Jammu, organized a farewell ceremony on Wednesday to honor Section Officer Saroop Chand upon his superannuation. Colleagues lauded his dedication and sincerity throughout his service.

Saroop Chand, who retired on April 30, was given a warm send-off by the department’s technical and clerical staff. Chief Engineer DIQC, Er Atul Bali, commended Mr. Chand’s contributions, highlighting his three decades of unwavering commitment and over 38 years of service in various roles.

In his address, the Chief Engineer noted that the retiring officer possessed vast expertise in his field and that his integrity and hard work would leave a lasting legacy in the department. Senior officers, including Superintending and Executive Engineers, extended their best wishes for his post-retirement life, wishing him good health and happiness. (PTK)
