3677 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K, tally moves to 240467, Death toll rises 3090 with sixty new deaths

Srinagar, May 15 (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir today reported 3677 fresh positive cases of COVID, and sixty three deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 240467.

These cases include 1728 from Jammu division and 1949 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.

The details mentioned that Kashmir valley reports twenty six new deaths, while Jammu division reports thirty seven new deaths, taking the death toll to 3090 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 404 cases were reported from Srinagar, 129 from Baramulla, 262 from Budgam, 390 from Pulwama, 110 from Kupwara, 188 from Anantnag, while Bandipora 147, Ganderbal 80, Kulgam 160, Shopian 79, Jammu 621, Udhampur 163, Rajouri 250, Doda 46, Kathua 137, Samba 145, Kishtwar 34, Poonch 102 Ramban 108 and Reasi 122.

Moreover, they said, 4140 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 1086 from Jammu division and 3054 from Kashmir division. (PTK)
