Youth injured during clashes in Sopore

SRINAGAR, (PTK): A youth was injured in clashes with  government forces in Arampora area of Sopore on Friday morning.

Reports said that scores of youth gathered in Arampora area and held a protest against the killing of two militants in the area yesterday.

The protesting youth threw stones at  the forces deployed in the area.

And the forces retaliated by firing teargas shells to disperse them, resulting in injuries to one youth.

The injured, identified as Zahoor Ahmad, was rushed to Sub-District Hospital Sopore for treatment.
