Youth dies after coming in contact with wheel belt of grinding tractor

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR SEP 02:- A youth from Kupwara died after he came in contact with grinding tractor on Friday.
An official said that a youth from Takibal came in contact with wheel belt of a paddy rice grinding tractor.

He said incident happened at Maidan e Chogal Kupwara and youth died on spot.
A pall of gloom descended in the area.
