Two hurt as dumper hits swift car in Panthyal Banihal

Srinagar, 27 Oct (PTK) : Two persons Sustained injuries after a dumper hits a swift car and both fell down from National Highway near panthyal area of banihal on early wednesday morning.

 

An official told Press Trust Of Kashmir that this morning an accident took place at Panthyal Banihal in which a dumper bearing registration number JK-19/8206 was on way from Banihal to Ramban hitted a swift Dzire vehicle bearing registration No JK-02Ak/6061 and both the vehicles rolls down about 80/100 mtrs from NHW, resulting injuries to two persons.

 

The injured driver was identified as Bashir Ahmad S/o Makhna a resident of Sangaldan Gool and another person identified as Aamir Ahmad S/o Mohd Azad Shaw a resident of Choorat kulgam,both of them were shifted to PHC Ramsoo where from they have been referred to SDH Banihal and their condition is said to be stable.

 

He adds that the swift car was found loaded with two bovine animals in its deki without any permission and loaded with mercilessly.

 

Meanwhile in this regard a case was registered under FIR no.124/2021 u/s 279/337,188 IPC 11 PCA Act against the accused persons and further investigation has been taken up in. (PTK).
