The Kings!

BAZILA AYOUB

What happens to a Kingdom if the king to be crowned is not well educated, well trained, and is not qualified to be the king?

Children are the Future! These children in future will carry on the our legacy, the human race. They are the future kings and queens in their respective worlds. The question is are we doing what needs to be done, are we doing justice to these kids?

May be some of the children are getting what they need but not all of them are!. Most of the children live in a cage and it goes by the name Child Labour.

Child labour is a crime against humanity itself it robs children of their childhood, these little buds are robbed of their innocence and are exposed to the evils of world at a tender age. A survey was conducted in 2013 in which it was estimated that 168 million children are involved in child labour world wide and this number is only going to increase if we don’t come up with a solution.

Child labour is common in most of the developing countries and our country India is no different, it has effected the growing economy of our country in all the bad ways it could have. Most of the people in India don’t even consider it a crime, which may be the cause why their has been a tremendous increase in child labour.

It is heart breaking to see that in this age of technology, our country is struggling in removing these evils. We pass by so many children working in industries or doing some other labour which they are not supposed to do and this sight is only growing as the days pass.

Would you let your children to work in these industries?

Instead of handing tools to children and making them work in industries, send them to schools. Show them what could be achieved through love and proper education.

Child labour should be banned, education is their birth right, it is our job to protect and guide these children. We must fight against child labour.
