Stolen Tractor recovered by Ramban Police

Ramban May 30 (PTK) joint Naka of SOG Gool and PS Gool at main town Gool, a without number Tractor which was coming from Mahore side was signalled to stop.

The tractor instead of slowing down jumped the Naka.

However alert Naka party after a hasty chase intercepted the tractor at Kantha Morh area of Gool.

The driver was asked to produce documents but he failed to do so.
The driver namely Mohd Sahil S/O Suban Din Gujjar R/O Panasa, Teh and Distt Reasi, and co-passenger Ajaz Ahmed S/O Mishar Din R/O Kalwa, Teh Mahore Distt Reasi, were taken to PS Gool and put to sustained interrogation. During interrogation they confessed that they had stolen this tractor today early morning from Mahadev Chowk, Reasi.

On this PS Reasi was contacted and and they confirmed the theft of a red coloured Tractor bearing registration number JK20A-8819.
A a case FIR No 55/2020 U/S 379 IPC has been registered at P/S Reasi.

The stolen Tractor along with thieves shall be handed over to a Police party from PS Reasi after completing all documentation.

The entire operation was conducted under the supervision of SDPO Gool, Sh Pardeep Kumar JKPS and under the overall supervision of Addl SP Ramban, Sh Sanjay Parihar JKPS and SSP Ramban, Sh Haseeb Ur Rahman JKPS
