Soldier Killed, Four Injured as Army Vehicle Falls into Gorge in Rajouri

Rajouri/Jammu, June 13: A tragic accident occurred on Thursday in the Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, resulting in the death of an army personnel and injuries to four others.

The incident took place near Bhawani village in the Nowshera sector, close to the Line of Control (LoC). According to officials, the army vehicle skidded off the road and plunged into a gorge during the evening hours.

Rescue operations were promptly initiated, and all five soldiers involved in the accident were transported to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, one soldier was declared brought dead upon arrival.
