put forth many other important issues for early redressal

“`A high level delegation of SEECC called on DSEK in his office, today afternoon.

DSEK along his subordinate officers including Personal officer Dr.Muzamil, Chief accounts officer Mohmmad Shoib, OSD remained present during the meeting.
Deligation expressed deep shock and concern on the suicide incident of son of a school teacher in Kulgam to get his fathers salary released. Deligation said that the incident has sent shiveers among teaching community and they are aghast aganist official delay of such cases.
DSEK Assured the delegation for the early resolution of the issue put forth.
The leadership put forth following issues :

1.Release of salary in favour of teachers whose salaries have been kept withheld by the department for different reasons.

2.confirmation of I/C Masters promoted in 2014.

In response to this demand PO said that the department has finalized seniority list of masters & hopefully the confirmation of these masters will be made in near future.

3.release of 7th pay commission arrears in favour of Head Teachers, in response to this demand the chief accounts officer made it clear that arrears are to be deposited in the GP fund account of these masters/officials.

4.Transition order of EVs into grade III, PO assured that orde will be issued as file is under process.

5.Transition of fresh cases into grade 2 & grade 3 , regularization of normal Rets ,SSA and EVs.Worthy Dsek and all officers responded positively as work is going on fast track basis.In coming days orders will be issued.

6. Adjustment of head teachers, regarding that PO assured that the issue will be resolved within shortest period of time.

The delegation was assured by the officers of the department that the sensitive issue of release of salary of teachers will be taken up with administrative department seriously & the salary will be released after Directorate gets authorization from the administrative department. “Authorization is our priority right now , in order to release salaries”, worthy Dsek said.
The meeting of leadership with officers lasted for 2 hours.Meanwhile after conclusion of meeting worthy Dsek left for civil Secretariat regarding burning issue of salary.`
Delegation raised issued of CEA children education allowanaces and chief accounts officer resolved issue on spot and released same allotment in favour of concerned Ceos.`
