RTI activists protest in Srinagar, demand access to inform

Srinagar September 28 (PTK) Dozens of RTI activists lead by famous RTI activist Raja Muzaffar on Monday protested in Srinagar while demanding access to information.

Raja Muzzafar said that after abrogation of article 370 we have to get information under information act 2005 and for any information we have contact central information centre Delhi.

He said at the time of abrogation of article 370, Union Government claimed that they will empower people of J&K, however, on ground we have been disempowered.

He further added that how can a person afford to visit Delhi on daily basis to get information

He requested Union Minister jitendra singh to look into the matter and start an office of the central information dept so that we can heave a sigh of relief.(PTK)
