Rescue operation started after teenager drowns in Nallah in Bandipora

Press Trust of Kashmir | Bandipora:- A rescue operation was started after a 15-year-old boy has drowned in Nallah Madumati near Goiwar area of Sonerwani in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.

An official said that a boy has drowned in Nallah on Tuesday late evening following which a rescue teams including SDRF, police and army have been pressed into service to trace the body of the missing boy.

He said that water supply to the Nallah is being cutted so that body can be traced at an earliest.

He further added rescue operation is underway in the area.:-PTK.
