Renzushah  Awarded Champions of  National Championship of 100% power Lifting at RajBagh Gindun Playing field Auditorium

Srinagar  November 17 (PTK)Khwaja Farooq Renzushah was the Chief Guest at National Level 100% Raw Powerlifting championship at Gindun Playing field Raj Bagh Srinagar. The General Secretary Raw Powerlifting India Mr. Anees Chowdhrey, Mr. Bilal Ahmad Rah General Secretary J&K, Mr. Ubaid  Altaf, and other prestigious organisers of championship presented this magnificent National level championship, were appreciated by Renzushah Chairman Kashmir Society international. He Complimented players who participated in this championship as well as judges for extraordinary performances and fair judgements which established the technical importance of 100%  powerlifting championship. He said the extraordinary presence of youth on this occasion prove that all Fraternities of Martial Art in Kashmir are equally popular in the valley. He said that in his capacity as Commissioner Srinagar Municipal Corporation he identified and earmarked this Gindun playing field for youth for which central funds from Planning department were earmarked. He said that unfortunately least attention was given by various regimes in promoting Sports activities. However, he expressed gratitude to present UT administration which is keen to promote sports activities. He said Kashmir Sports Forum has already been established in which international Delhi public school  Chairman Mr. Showkat Chowdhrey has taken a keen interest as it’s chief patron and Tariq Ghani as president. Renzushah said that in the capacity of Chairman of Kashmir Sports Forum of Kashmir Society international, he has recently called on Present Lt. Governor J&K state, at Raj Bhawan where he assured that full priority shall be given to promote sports activities in Kashmir. He announced the nomination of Mr. Anees Chowdhrey, Bilal Rah and  Ubaid Altaf as members of Kashmir Sports Forum besides other distinguished members of other different Martial Art sports. He said Raw Powerlifting and bodybuilding activities need to be given full attention. He said president’s cricket Tournament and  Snow Skiing tournaments shall be started very soon under the KSF for which meeting of all Sports groups will be convened at international Delhi public school very soon.
On this occasion, Chief Guest Khwaja Farooq Renzushah gave awards and trophies to various winners of tournament and organizers of the tournament. The General Secretary 100% power Lifting Federation India, Anees Chowdhery, Mr. Bilal Rah, General Secretary JK and Mr Ubaid Altaf were honoured with Awards on the occasion.
In this three days, National Championship Mr. Mumin khan  Star of  Nawa bazaar Shahar e khass Won powerlifting Championship and was Officially declared as Power man of Kashmir of the year. His Dead lift:-255kg Won overall in deadlift Championship. Similarly Mr. Zaib Bhat
From Hawal Shahar e khass Srinagar Won Bench press. His  Bench press:-145kg Won overall in bench press Dr. Faizan Muazzam of Eidgah Shahr e khass also on Arm wrestling championship. (PTK)
