Principal and Session Judge Shopian along with his Team Visited Camps of Stranded Laborers,Enquired them about their Day to Day Problems,Directed Concerned Departments to Redress Them As soon As

Shopian April 21.(PTK) On the Directions of Honorable High Court of Jammu and Kashmir Principal and Session Judge Shopian Skinder e Azam Visited the Areas where stranded Laborers have been kept after the Deadliest Virus Broke out in all corners of the World.

Skinder e Azam who is also the chairman of District legal service Authority (DALSA) Shopian take the Direction of Honorable High Court And he took all his team and had Reached the Spots where the Stranded Laborers have been kept from Last 23 Days.

At one Spot here in a Private School Rainbow International School where the Chairman along with his team Reached and had held a Detailed Discussion with the Labours.

In the Discussion many issues have been Raised by the Standard Labours which had been Redressed within the Time.Labours have Demanded For the Medical Facility and A Sanitation Drive must be held in the Premises of the School.The Request had been Taken with the Concerned Medical Officers and with Municipal Committe.They have sent a Team of Employees which sanitized the Place and Adjacent Area.

Principal and Session Judge told Stranded Laborers that they will be send to Their Homes after some time and this is matter of High command which can be Decide there,But We are here for you if any Problem you have that will be solved within our limits Judge added.

Pricipal and Session judge had held a Detailed Discussion with Deputy Commissioner Shopian Chowdhry Mohd Yasin.He(DC) has assured Principal and Session Judge that Standard Labours will be given all Essential Commodities including Medical Facilities which has been sent on immediate basis.

On the occasion Additional Judicial Magistrate Ab Qayoom,Secretary in charge DALSA Majid Farooq,District Social Welfare Officer Mohd Shafiat and District Employment officer Mohd Yaseen were present.(PTK)
