Police Opened Fire After Observing Suspicious Activity In Budgam

SRINAGAR (PTK) : Jammu and Kashmir police opened fire some aerial gunshots after noticing suspicious activity inside a Wagon R Vehicle In Budgam

The incident happened near court complex Budgam area of Central kashmir’s.

In a statement the police said that, During the night patrol near court complex Budgam, police party spotted a parked Wagon R vehicle and observed some suspicious activity inside. When they approached the vehicle, the individuals attempted to flee and the patrolling team discharged warning shots in air.

It was later determined that both individuals were inebriated. Both have been detained for medico-legal formalities and cognizance taken.(PTK)
