Mirwiaz condoles demise of Abdul Rashid Beigh, others

Srinager,nov,4:(PTK)Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr Moulvi Mohammad Umar Farooq has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Abdul Rashid Beigh of Bota  Kadal, Srinagar, paying tribute to his social contributions and recalling his close, longstanding association with the Mirwaiz family and the historic Jamia Masjid Srinagar.

Mirwaiz  was unable to attend the funeral due to his continued house detention for the past four days. He conveyed his condolences to the deceased’s sons, Parvez Ahmad Beigh, Altaf Ahmad Beigh and Meraj-ud-Din Beigh, and prayed for the deceased’s forgiveness and a place in Jannat-ul-Firdous.

MIrwiaz also mourned the passing of Haji Sultan Ahmad Kenu of Saraf Kadal and the wife of Riyaz Ahmad Baba of Wazapora, Srinagar, and offered condolences to their families, including Tariq Ahmad Kenu, Javaid Ahmad Kenu and Riyaz Ahmad Baba. He prayed for the deceased’s forgiveness and eternal peace.(PTK)
