PDP Tral wing unveils comprehensive Manifesto, pledges prosperity & progress

Tral, 3 Sept: The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Tral wing, led by its candidate Rafiq Ahmad Naik, launched its manifesto for the upcoming elections, outlining a vision for the constituency’s growth and development.
Naik, the PDP candidate for Tral constituency, presented the manifesto in the presence of party leaders and workers, promising a comprehensive approach to address the region’s needs.
The manifesto focuses on: Tourism development, Industrial growth, Infrastructure and connectivity, Agriculture and water management, Sports and recreation, Education and skill development, Public services, Healthcare, Promoting organic farming, Cold storage facilities, Awareness and encouraging entrepreneurship.
The manifesto aims to bring prosperity and progress to Tral, addressing key sectors and ensuring a better quality of life for people of the sub district.
Talking to media, Rafiq Ahmad Naik has said that, he pledges to work collaboratively with the people of Tral, and assured that efforts will be taken to improve connectivity by constructing Pahalgam-Tral link road via Bhatnoor and Tral-Wahab Sahab road via Pastuna.
He said that water supply schemes & PHCs will be upgraded, while construction of sports stadium will be ensured at Awantipora and Noorpora areas.
Naik further said that, “Every effort shall be made to take up construction of Mini Hydel Power projects at feasible spots, while young people will be inspired to pursue entrepreneurship, helping them identify opportunities for sustainable futures”.
“In addition to above, all the schemes of government shall be implemented judiciously for the benefit of general public,” Rafiq Ahmad Naik added.
