Naranag residents hails efforts of Mian Amjid for Upgrading transformer

 

Mian Amjid appeals administration to install concrete Electric Poles in Wangath, Waniaram

Ganderbal, 08 Jan (PTK) : The residents of Dachmood naranag in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district appreciates the efforts of District Development Council Member, Mian Amjid for Upgrading the transformer in the area.

As per the locals of Naranag, The District Development Council of kangan block, Mian Amjid always show focussed attention towards the sufferings of people of far flung areas, besides development he always ensure that the benefits of various schemes meant for the socio-economic upliftment of the poor and needy would reach the doorsteps of the people in these remote sections of the district,they added.

 

As per the reports, received by the News-agency-Press Trust Of Kashmir (PTK) that during his visit to Waniaram, Wangath villages of the district, he found lack of concrete electric poles and the electric wires are run over trees due to which the voltage is not even sufficient to light a bulb in these villages.

DDC Member Mian Amjid expressed resentment against the condition of electric poles and sagging of electric wires that pose a threat to human lives.

 

He said that instead of electric poles, the electric wires are hanging from the trees and the power distribution got affected with the moderate wind in the area.

Mian Amjid appeals to the district administration to install concrete electric poles, wires and maintain proper supply of voltage in the said villages, so that the people can’t suffer more in this harsh winter.

 

He also appeals AEE PDD kangan to repair the damaged transformer in waniaram Dogapati and restore the electricity in Naranag area at an earliest, so that the residents can heave a sigh of relief in this harsh winter. (PTK).
