Mirwaiz North Kashmir pays glowing tributes to Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) & Martyrs of Karbala

Srinagar, July 16 : Mirwaiz North Kashmir , Chairman Muslim Mutahida Mahaaz J&K Moulana Parray Hassan Afzal Firdousi paid a glorious tribute to the Martyrs of Karbala especially Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) – the beloved grandson of the beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) – for their great and historic sacrifices.

In his Message Mirwaiz Hassan Firdousi said that to safeguard the thought (belief), teachings and basic tenets of Islam, Hazrat Imam Aali Muqaam (RA), on 10 Muharram-ul-Haram 61 Hijri, along with his brave associates expressed such valour and sacrifice which will continue to guide the entire humanity till the last day.

In his message issued on Saturday, the party chief said that Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA), members of his family and his faithful companions fought against impiety and rendered the supreme sacrifice by embracing martyrdom.

Mirwaiz Hassan Firdousi said the spirit of his martyrdom is linked with the strong faith, truth, and efforts at establishing a system based on justice for the welfare and well-being of the humanity and upholding of Islamic values.

Mirwaiz Hassan Firdousi added Hazrat Imam Hussain’s (RA) and his companions’ sacrifice would continue to give strength and inspiration to those struggling against injustice and repression. “The oppression of martyrs of Karbala turned into such an ever-lasting force that keeps every tyrant terrified.”
