MET predicts snow in Kashmir Valley from tomorrow

Srinagar Dec 25 (PTK) As to some extent, Valley has got relief from cold, the meteorological department here has predicted light to moderate snow for upcoming two days, starting from Saturday.

Even though the night temperature remained below the minus marks, the temperature to some extent improved across the Valley.

Unlike past couple of years, the weather in Valley remain dry mostly during November and December and Valley didn’t saw any major snowfall till now.

As per the forecast, Kashmir Valley is likely to receive snowfall in next two days and may bring relief from the freezing cold. According to the forecast, the plains of Valley are likely to receive light snowfall while the hills may receive moderate snow during the coming days.
