Kreeri attack:- Encounter rages in the area

Baramulla Aug 17(PTK)Hours after attack, an Encounter Broke out between security forces and militants in Kreeri village of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday

An official said that soon after attack a joint team of army , CRPF and SOG of Jammu and Kashmir police launched a cordon and search operation in Kreeri of Baramulla

During search operation, contact was established with hiding militant, he said, adding that the contact with hidding militants has been established and firing from both sides is on.

Earlier a two CRPF personals and SPO was killed during attack in the area.(PTK)
