JeM Commander among two killed in Awantipora encounter

Press Trust of Kashmir | Awantipora:- Two militants inclined a JeM Commander Kaiser Koka been killed in a gunfight that broke out between militants and security forces in, Wandakpora village of Awantipora in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday.

An official said that two militants including Kaiser Koka has been killed and search operation is going on.

An official told the news agency Press Trust of Kashmir,that a joint team of Police, Army and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation on specific information about the presence of militants in the area.

He said that as the joint team of forces approached the suspected spot, militants fired upon them which retaliated triggering an encounter- (PTK)
