Govt Orders for imposition of restrictions under Section 144 Cr.Pc in Ramban
Ramban August 4 (PTK) In view of prevailing Law and Order stuation in District Ramban, there is every apprehension of breach of peace which may lead to acts of arson and may cause
loss to the lives and properties of general public. Accordingly, to maintain Law & Order, public tranquility and to protect Iives and properties of general public,I Nazim Zai Khan,
KAS District Magistrate, Ramban do hereby impose restrictions under Section 144 of Criminal Procedure Code in the territorial jurisdiction of District Ramban from today 6.00
PM onwards till further orders.
All the passes issued by this office or by the concerned Sub Divisional
Magistrates/Tehsildars of District Ramban shall remain suspended till further orders.
No officer shall leave the station without prior permission of the undersigned.
The Senior Superintendent of Police Ramban shall ensure the implementation of this Order in letter and Spirit.
