He said that there doles and sopes have become just lip services

He questioned where the 80 thousand crore package announced by modi few years before

“Ahead of announcing new economic packages for JK, Govt must come clean on previous central grants n their current status. These doles and sops have become a mere lip service. Thanks to dilatory mode of governance.
