Ganderbal Police presented charge sheet against 02 accused involved in provocative speeches

March 02(PTK): Ganderbal Police presented a charge sheet against 02 accused for their involvement in provocative speeches.

Ganderbal police today presented a charge sheet against 02 accused identified as Mohd Rafiq Shah resident of Shuhama, Ganderbal and Bashir Ahmad Lone resident of Brain Nishat for their involvement in case FIR No. 71/2018 pertaining to provocative speech at Chunduna Ganderbal.

In year 2018, both the accused delivered a provocative speech on the funeral of killed terrorist Mohd Rafiq Bhat at Chunduna Ganderbal.

Accordingly case FIR No. 71/2018 was registered in Police Station Ganderbal and investigation was initiated in the matter.

During the course of investigation, Police collected all the evidences regarding the case and subsequently arrested both the accused persons involved in the crime.

Police today presented charge sheet against 02 accused before the Hon’ble Court.(PTK)
