Ganderbal Police organized Marathon “RUN FOR UNITY” at Ganderbal

Press Trust of Kashmir | Ganderbal: On the conclusion of Police Martyrs week and in view of Ekta Diwas Ganderbal Police today organized Marathon *”Run for Unity”* in which Students throughout District, Officials of J&k Police and other CAPFs participated with zeal and zest. Those who attained first, second & third position were awarded with suitable cash reward.

The Marathon *”Run For Unity* was flagged off by SSP Ganderbal Shri Nikhil Borkar-IPS, accompanied by Addl SP Shri Feroz Yehya-JKPS, DySP DAR Shri Muzaffar Jan-JKPS and other senior officers of Police.

It is pertinent to mention here that Ganderbal Police organised different Sports events like volleyball, Painting competition, Run for Unity, Distribution of Bags & Stationery and other co-curricular activities in the District for a weeks period. These different events Culminated today on 31st October 2021. The week was dedicated to all the Police Martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the service of the nation.(PTK).
