PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR NOV 01:-Three militants including a foreigner were killed in encounter in khandaypora area of Awantipora.

ADGP as per tweet said that slain includes Mukhtiyar bhat who was involved in killing of one crpf ASI and 2 Railway protection personnel and it is big success for us.

As per our source, 1 is FT & 1 local militant of LeT namely Mukhtiyar Bhat, involved in several terror crimes including killing of 01 ASI of CRPF & 2 RPF personnel.
