Fake news being circulated on social, youth from Drabgam is at home, hasn’t joined JeM:- Police

Press Trust Of Kashmir Srinagar Oct 18:- Pulwama Police on Tuesday said that fake news is being circulated on social and youth from Drabgam hasn’t joined JeM.

An official said that a news is being circulated on social media platform that a boy namely Tahir Ahmad @ Lala@yousif bhai R/O Drubgam Pulwama has joined JeM terrorist organization.

Official added that the matter got verified on ground and during investigation it came on surface that the actual name of the boy is Tahir Ahmad Dar S/o Nisar Ah Dar R/o Drubgam is presently at home and has not joined/linked with any terrorist organization.

Pulwama police rebutted the news and requested general public not to pay heed on rumours/trouble mongers, he said.

Strict action under law will be taken against rumour mongers, he added.
