Encounter Ranges In Tral Forests

SRINAGAR, (PTK): Encounter Ranges between militants and government forces in forests of Brenpathri of Kahlil Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday morning
Sources told PTK that on receiving specific inputs about the presence of militants in the area joint team of forces including 42RR, CRPF and SOG launched search operation in the area.
On intensifying the search operation towards the suspected spot, hiding militants fired upon forces which was retaliated triggering gunfight, he said
Two to three militants are believed to be trapped in Forest area.
