Encounter Breaks Out in Nihama Village in Pulwama

Srinagar, June 03:An encounter is going on between militants and security forces in Nihama village of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday morning, reveals a report reqching to Press Trust of Kashmir.

A joint team of Police and army launched a cordon and search operation in the village after receiving inputs about presence of militants in the area.

As the joint team of forces launched search operation to flush them out, the militants fired upon the forces, triggering off a gunfight.
