District Ganderbal Shootingball Championship concludes

GANDERBAL (PTK) The two days District Ganderbal Shootingball Championship 2020 organized by District Ganderbal Shootingball Association in collaboration with J&K Shootingball Association under the aegis of J&K State Sports Council concluded here at Govt. College of Physical Education Ganderbal in which more than 200 participants of different institutions, colleges and clubs under the age category of Sub-Junior, Junior and Senior Men/Women took part.

Dr. Hartej Singh, Principal, Govt. College of Physical Education Ganderbal was the chief guest, while as faculty of Govt. College of Physical Education Ganderbal Dr. Mushtaq Azad, Professor Reshi , Er. Shaqeeb, Lecturer Irfan Hussain Malik , Gulshan Maqbool (Warden ) and Senior Members of the Association Zahid Hussain, Tahir Abbass, Injeela Amin, Masrat Jan was among Guest of Honours on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest congratulates all participants in general & winners & runners in particular & hailed the organizers for organizing such events.

Sabzar Club (Men) & Ganderbal Club (Women) won the finals in senior category against Physical Education College teams, while as Kangan Club & Nunar Spartans lift the title in Junior Category.

District Baramulla Shootingball Championship is scheduled on 8 & 9 December 2020 at Govt. Middle School, Mirgund Pattan said organizing secretary Ahsan Ali while presenting vote of thanks.
