PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR JAMMU, JULY 25: Cultural Wing of Department of Information and Public Relations today organized a cultural program on Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav here at Residential School for Blind Roopnagar Jammu.

 Renowned Writer and Teacher of the School, Sanjay Vidhrohi was the chief guest on the occasion.
