DFS Poonch hosts Eat Right Mela

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR POONCH, JULY 25: The Department of Food Safety Poonch, under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner Food Safety Poonch, Tariq Mehmood, on Monday organised Eat Right Mela with the theme, ‘Eat Right, Eat Healthy, Eat Fortified Food”.

Additional Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Basharat Hussain flagged off a Food Safety awareness rally from the DC office to sensitize the public about the importance of the day.

The rally culminated at Indoor Sports Stadium Poonch where DDC Chairperson, Tazeem Akhter inaugurated the programme and inspected different food item stalls put up by different departments.

Culture Officer, Dr.Alamdar Adam conducted the proceedings of the programme.
