PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR KULGAM, SEPTEMBER 08: To take first hand appraisal of the arrangements for Jashn-e- Aharbal event, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today visited Aharbal to take stock of arrangements put in place at the tourist destination to host the event on Sunday, 11th of September.

The DC instructed all the officers and line departments to ensure fool proof arrangements to make the festival a great success and memorable for visitors.
Later, he also took stock of developmental works and beautification processes going on in Aharbal.
He was accompanied by ACD, Mohammad Imran Khan; SDM Noorabad, Bashir Ul Haq; ACR, Mir Imtiyaz-ul-Aziz; Tehsildar D. H. Pora, Rouf Ahmad; BDO Manzgam, Rukhsar Ahmad and other officers.
