COVID-19: 4 new cases detected in valley, toll reaches 45 in Jk

 

SRINAGAR:-(Ptk) The COVID-19 cases have soared in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir over the past few days as on Monday morning, four new cases were reported from kashmir division, taking the total toll to 45 in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said.

On Monday morning Rohit Kansal tweeted “No new cases in Kashmir Division, in Jammu Division 3 new positive cases. Total for J&K now 41.”.

Now on Monday afternoon Kansal tweeted “our more cases detected positive in Kasmir. 2 each from Shopian and Srinagar. All contacts of previous positive cases. Contact tracing working on ground”

Pertinently with two deaths, both from srinagar and two recoveries one each from kashmir and Jammu, the total no of positive cases so far is 45 with active 41.
