Congress Leaders in Kashmir Celebrate Rahul Gandhi’s Birthday with Blood Donation Camp

Srinagar, June 19: Congress leaders in Kashmir marked the 54th birthday of Rahul Gandhi, Member of Parliament from Rae Bareli, with a heartfelt gesture aimed at serving the people. A blood donation camp organized by the Youth Congress Wing at Monghama Tral drew attention as leaders and workers gathered to donate blood for the needy.

The event, attended by prominent Congress figures including Surinder Singh Channi, Vice President of Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC), showcased a solidarity with the people. Youth leaders such as IYC Secretary Manpreet Singh Maan, Vice President of Youth Congress J&K Shoaib Magray, and General Secretary Munish Saproo actively participated in the initiative.

Speaking about the occasion, Surinder Singh Channi emphasized the party’s commitment to community welfare and solidarity with those in need. “We celebrated Rahul Gandhi’s birthday simply but meaningfully by organizing this blood donation drive,” he remarked. The camp, organized efficiently by the Youth Wing, received praise for its effective execution and the enthusiasm of its leaders.

Earlier, former Congress president and MP from Rae Bareli Rahul Gandhi has instructed all Congress workers to avoid any grand celebrations and instead celebrate this occasion by engaging in humanitarian efforts and charity.
