Cease fire violation along LoC in Poonch

SRINAGAR  JUNE(PTK)The armies of India and Pakistan on Thursday exchanged gunfire along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch sector in Jammu region, officials said.

An official said that Pakistan Army on Thursday morning used small arms and automatic machine guns to target Indian Army posts.

“Indian troops retaliated the fire,” they said. The firing along the LoC was going in Shahpur and Kirni area of Poonch sector.
