Body of Srinagar man found in Jehleum

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMR | Srinagar:- Body of 51-year-old man was recovered from river Jehlum near Malik Sahib Safakadal area of Srinagar.

An official said that some passersby found a body floating in river Jehleum at Safa Kadal following which they informed police.

They said that police rushed to the spot and recovered body.

Sources said this man ended his life by jumping into river Jehlum from Budshah bridge, Srinagar on 24 May this year.

Police has taken cognizance and started investigation in this regard. :PTK.
